1. Exchange Policy
Exchange requests within 7 days. Items must be unstitched, unused, and unwashed, with original tags. Sale, customized, and stitched items are final sale. Contact via WhatsApp or Email with the order ID and photos.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Record an unboxing video. Report within 48 hours with order details. We will arrange replacement at zero cost.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Processing: 24–48 hours. Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days. Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 Business Days. Free shipping on orders over PKR 10,000.
4. Payment Options
COD available up to PKR 15,000. Bank transfer is required for orders above PKR 15,000.
