1. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests within 7 days. Items must be unstitched, unused, unwashed with original tags. Sale, customized, and stitched items are final sale. Contact via WhatsApp or Email with Order ID and photos.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Record unboxing video. Report within 48 hours with order details. We will arrange replacement at zero cost.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing: 24–48 hours. Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days. Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 Business Days. Free shipping on orders over PKR 10,000.

4. Payment Options

COD available up to PKR 15,000. Bank Transfer required above PKR 15,000.
